      • We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your country and package size.
      • Delivery Time: International orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and shipping method. However, please be aware that customs processing may delay delivery.
      • Customs and Import Duties:
        International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details regarding potential fees before placing an order.

3. Shipping Restrictions

      • P.O. Boxes:
        We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

      • Damaged Packages:
        If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@trendhato.com with photos of the damage. We will assist you in processing a claim with the carrier or arranging for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

If you encounter issues with your tracking number, such as it showing that your package has not been updated, please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the status. In case of persistent issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

TrendHato offers shipping insurance for certain orders. This insurance covers potential loss or damage during transit. You will have the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. If you choose to opt out, you will assume responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
