Refund and Returns Policy

At TrendHato, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns on most products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  • Plants must be returned in a healthy condition and in the original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for certain items, including:

  • Plants that are not in their original condition or have been damaged due to neglect or improper care.
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.
  • Customized or personalized items.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@trendhato.com or call us at (715) 265-7836 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
  4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Please Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items to ensure they are safely delivered. TrendHato is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. If the return is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund to your original method of payment (excluding shipping charges).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@trendhato.com.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in arranging a replacement or a refund.

  • For damaged plants, please send us a photo of the plant in its damaged state as well as the original packaging.
  • For other defective items, we may ask for pictures or other documentation to assess the issue.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
